Lisa McLuckie was born a wanderer. She has lived in four states and two foreign countries, had twenty-four different addresses, and explored five of the seven continents. Her debut novel, Love Song (Instrumental), earned two honors from the Independent Book Publishers Association in 2015: the Benjamin Franklin Gold Award for Romance Fiction, and the Bill Fisher Silver Award for Best First Book (Fiction).
She currently lives on the fringes of Chicagoland with her husband, three sons, and a ridiculously adorable dog named Daisy.
